A Highly Versatile Solution

The new to market Kendall Howard 45U 4-Post Adjustable Rack - USA made is an ideal solution for data centers and wiring closets of any size or scale. With an adjustable 4-point/4-post skeleton, its usable depth is capable of adjusting from 26” to 38”, giving you two very different options with each rack. The depth can be adjusted by simply moving each bracket to your desired depth and securing the hardware in place.

A Smaller, Equally Versatile Version

Kendall Howard also has a new to market 24U 4-Post Adjustable Rack made in the USA. This rack also has a usable depth that is capable of adjusting from 26” from 38”. Shorter racks of this variety can be neatly placed underneath work stations, desks, tables, or countertops to help utilize free space in areas that are not strictly designated for IT equipment. The open top of both versions of the 4-Post Adjustable Rack allows for smaller trunk cabling, and makes the rack compatible with most ladder racks and accessories.

Customize Your Build-out

For large scale tasks, multiple Kendall Howard 45U 4-Post Adjustable Racks can be ganged together by using the ganging holes found on each side of the rack. But, if your project needs racks of various sizes, the Kendall Howard 24U 4-Post Adjustable Rack is also capable of being ganged to the 45U version. With this method, you can build out a highly specified racking infrastructure.

The Nuts and Bolts

Each rack comes equipped with grounding studs which help make it within EIA compliance. Also included with the rack are serrated tooth washers that dig in when tightened to remove paint and establish electrical continuity throughout the rack. The thoughtful engineering and sturdy American construction of the rack give it a whopping 1,600 pound weight capacity. Kendall Howard achieves this level of quality using a welded L bracket base and cold rolled steel for the rack.
